Your People Matter(s) is a Northamptonshire-based HR consultancy that works with businesses of all sizes as their ‘go to’ HR expert or outsourced HR department.

Our aim is to help businesses overcome the challenges that come with complex HR issues, so they can focus on what’s important – their business.

Whether you’re looking for advice on a consultancy basis or want us to lead particular projects for you, we provide a ‘hands on’ professional service using the specialist knowledge that comes from many years of experience, giving you complete peace of mind. We get to know you and your business inside out and can help with everything from tailoring contracts to managing complex re-structures, TUPE transfers and providing workplace mediation.

Initially I found the whole situation of mediation quite daunting. Mary, throughout the period was calm, supportive and helpful explaining the process. Once we had both talked through the situation Mary was there to guide us through the next stage which was for us to move on and meet up.
